**Returns Policy**


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from From Yaya LTD. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of receiving your items.


**Eligibility Criteria:**

- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.


**Return Process:**

  1. Contact our customer support team at yaya@fromyaya.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

**Return Shipping:**

- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged, defective, or there was an error on our part.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return to ensure its safe delivery.


**Refunds:**

- Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any shipping costs.

- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method and may take up to 14 to process, depending on your bank or credit card company.


**Exchanges:**

- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
