Yaya's Story

There was a time when my days felt like they were on repeat. I felt tired, low, and never quite settled or grounded. Something always felt off, but I didn't know what.

I had self care routines and treated myself now and then, but the uncomfortable feeling never really went away. I eventually realised it wasn't about doing more, it was about changing what I was seeing.

Finding the zest for life

The breakthrough came when I realised I didn't need to change my life, I needed to change the way I experienced it. Instead of searching for bigger moments, I began noticing the little ones that had always been there.

My walk home from work became a chance to appreciate the evening sky and the moon. Stopping to take a picture of a flower. Appreciating these little moments I once overlooked brought the zest of life back.
